Hi Everyone,

Hope you all have had a wonderful start to the year. I am excited to announce that this week I will be heading off to Dubai/Sharjah for 5 weeks as I have been cast in a live stage production. We have completed all rehearsals here in sydney and our action sequences are looking great. We will be performing in a purpose built amphitheater portraying a historic story tracking back in history. As far as details on the show, that is all I can say at this point. I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to the experience below are some pictures from the rehearsals.

    

 A couple of weeks ago Blade, Gericho and I were invited to the QT hotel on the Gold Coast to Perform for the opening Ceremony for Alpha Pharm. We were privileged to perform and we definitely had a few firsts in this show as we were trialling some new elements in the show. I can say it was a success and we had a great time up on the gold coast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Australian Martial Arts Academy: We have had a great start to the year at the Academy. Kicking off with our Brand New timetable. We are now open 7 days  with over 96 classes runing a week. At the start of February the team had a successful instructor training session with Mr and Mrs DePalma for USA Martial Arts visiting running an element of our workshop. With over 30 staff we are looking forward to another year of service in the community.

 During this time, i ran a Target Kicking and Extreme Kicks Seminar at Ultimate Martial Arts, Melbourne. It was lots of fun and the students are great to work with. I look forward to returning soon. Furthermore, the Martial Arts School Sessions have also kicked off successfully with 2014 with many school jumping on board!

Hey everyone,

This brings up the final post for the year, covering some of the things i have been up to over the past few weeks.

A couple of weeks ago we decided to shoot a video with the X-Treme Team. We thought what better place to shoot it then our very own city…at night. It was great fun finding locations to shoot, angles for shots and the challenge of keeping out of the way of the public. None the less, we had a ball and this is how it turned out.

We also got invited to Perform at the Sydney Entertainment Centre as the Sydney Kings Half Time Show. The atmosphere was electric as we took centre court. It was awesome to see the Basketball Fans Get behind our Martial Arts action during the show. Below are some pictures from the day.

 

Wrapping up another year also meant judging Grading’s at the Australian Martial Arts Academy. With a week of testing, it is always great to see our members moving up in their ranks and achieving their goals. A huge congratulations to those who earnt their Black Belts. Just a reminder that the Black Belt is just the beginning of the journey.

2013 was an amazing year. With so many experiences and memories i will cherish. Sad to see it come by so quickly. I am looking forward to next year with many more projects, performances and seminars planned. I wish you all a happy new year and i hope 2014 brings you joy and happiness.
