Hey Everyone,
Ive had a great month or so and I would like to start this blog by presenting you with my new Showreel consisting of some of my Film, TV, Commercial and Stage work.
Each of the projects i’ve worked on have been a great learning experience and I look forward to many more projects ahead.
In Late October, Sydney played host the the Annual Australian International Motor Show. I was lucky enough to perform at this event for Hyundai. They were releasing their new Turbo Range with the Hyundai Veloster and I got to Present with Lauryn Eagle, the Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers Boys.
During this time I also took part in a 30 Second McDonald’s TV advertisement as part of their new summer ad campaign series. In the ad I play a regular guy eating McDonald’s in store. Look out for this summer!
This Year I attended a function for the 2012 Auburn Council Sports Awards, for which I was nominated in the Senior Sportsperson of the Year category. It was a tough category with many worthy candidates but the committee awarded me as the Winner of the Category. An award i am very grateful for.
The Saturday Disney people were at the Australian Martial Arts Academy once again where a few of our member of the X-Treme Team and myself shot an episode on Tricking. It was fun to explain the concept and i look forward to it airing on Channel 7 within the next few weeks. Once air date is confirmed, i will post on here.
The X-Treme Team and myself had a successful day at the 2012 ISKA Australian Open. I got 1st Place in the Extreme Musical Forms Category and our team took 1st Place in the team event.
There is a new initiative in the push for the Sport of Karate to be an Olympic Sport and they labelled October 7 World K-Day. On this day we performed at Circular Quay in order to promote the event. Below is a newspaper article i did on the event.
Some other events i was involved include Performing for McHappy Day, Marrickville Festival, performance at the Australian National Taekwondo Championships. I was invited to give a Motivational School Talk at an all girls High School. Performed at the Surry Hills Festival and also at the Launch of the Avante Garde Nights Fashion Night at Bar 100 in the City.
There are many things planned ahead leading up to the end of the year and early next year that i am really excited for. It is going to be a fun time.
Until Then, Be Safe.
