Hey guys,

I sit here looking back at how quick this year has gone by. We get so caught up in our day to day lives that sometimes we forget that years are made up of days, which are made of hours, of which are made of seconds. So with time ticking away, it is important we make the most of this thing called life.

Here’s a look at back at some of the things I’ve been up to over last month or so.

Last year we were fortunate enough to appear on Channel 7’s Sunrise program. This is a very popular program within the morning timeslot and was a great opportunity for the team to appear on the show. We had a blast. The video is finally up on YouTube.

A few weeks ago i was approached by the Kacevski Brothers. Local directors who I’ve previously worked with on a short film titled ‘Dying Ice’. They got their hands on the latest camera on the market right now and the only one in Australia. It is the Sony F65…I should also mention that it is worth over 150k. Myself and two other talented individuals were the first to be shot on this camera. Here’s the outcome of the shoot. The short film is titled ‘III’ It was a sunrise shoot so call time was 5am. Nonetheless. It was an awesome experience.

I also competed in the International Sports Karate (ISKA) NSW Open in the Extreme Musical Forms Category. I came away with the first place. I am grateful for the support i got during my preparations for this event. Here is the video.

My Extreme Martial Arts Seminars and Private Lessons have been going very well lately. I ran an XMA Seminar at the Martial Arts Proffesionals Master Mind Weekend. It was a great networking event with a range of Intructors and Martial Artists from all over Australia.

Also on the topic of Seminars, I travelled to Brisbane for a Seminar at Red Dragon Martial Arts and one here in Sydney at Martial Arts Spirit. Both of which i had a great time at. It was awesome to see how much the students had improved since my last visit to those schools. I look forward to going back.

With Regads to the X-Treme Karate Kidz, we recently did performances at Event Cinemas for the new Bruce Lee film ‘I am Bruce Lee” Performances were fun but the movie is even better 🙂

I know there are alot of videos, but a recent video that has been uploaded on the australianmartialart youtube account was a behind the scenes rehearsal performances for Channel 7’s X- Factor.

And Finally over the past weekend i was invited to Present at the ENERGIZE: Project your Passion event along with some other influential Speakers. I had an awesome day presenting on The Importance of Goal Setting, and learning from the other Presenters.
